I figured my first post on this new blog should be about one of my all time FAVORITE doTerra Essential Oil Blends. I've seen this oil and have FELT this oil do some pretty amazing things. I'm most excited to see how it helps this Friday with the pain from having my wisdom teeth removed.

This oil is cooling, it helps with inflammation and it helps elevate pain. I've had pretty chronic knee pain for years. I recently had a cortisone shot that did nothing but make the pain worse. I don't want to have surgery on my knee (I've damaged cartilage in my knee). I started using deep blue and the pain was gone in 2 days. Yes I put it on every night and sometimes in the morning but the pain is gone. It will get tight sometimes and that is when I have to use a little more.

I've also been using it for the arthritis in my hands and so has my mom. They don't ache. Can you imagine?

I have a friend suffering from the side effects of Bell's Palsy. She's not recovering like most people. She's going on 9 months now with symptoms. Deep Blue relieves the pain associated with this and it also helping her do her exercises longer which in turn is helping her recovery.
